Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • As a courtesy, we provide an appointment reminder 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling take place 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will lose your deposit.

  • You will have to schedule another appointment with another deposit.

  • No call no shows will be charged the whole service fee.

  • There will be a 10 minute grace period.

  • Any client that is 20 minutes late will be considered a no show.

  • All deposits and service charges are final, no refunds!

How do I prepare for an appointment?

We suggest you wear comfy clothes, plan time accordingly, have an idea of what you want, and to bring all of the questions you may have.

What do I do if I lose/forget my aftercare instruction?

Message me, and I'll be happy to send it your way!

Do you take walk-ins?

Appointments only! You can always message me for last minute availability, and weekend appointments.

Lash Extension fills- every 2-3 weeks

Lash Lift- every 4-6 weeks

Brow Tints- every 3-4

Lash Aftercare- Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours
- Do not use any oil based eye products, creams, cleansers, or mascara

- Only use water based eye make up & make up remover for best retention

- Do not perm, tint, use lash adhesives, mascaras, or lash curler- Be careful rubbing eyes & avoid picking/pulling on extensions

- Cleanse lashes once a day with lash cleanser for best lash health & retention
